Time to update...

Wow, I can't believe I haven't written in so long.

Ok, so the thing with my boss when amazingly better than I expected. She appreciated the honesty in my e-mail and it made her see that there had definitely been a breakdown in communication... so that has improved. It took a little time to get all of the feedback from their webpage meeting that I missed, but I have started putting together some samples of layouts that follow what they had picked out as "desirable" and I think they are going to like the work.

Life has otherwise been fairly normal... for me. AF is on her way this weekend and therefore I am in a turmoil of hormones and pain this week. I can't wait for menopause... so maybe I can someday go through a whole week without pain. Someday....

I've been trying to teach myself to meditate... not sure if I am doing it right, but quiet time with focused breathing does seem to help when I feel things spiraling out of control. I had checked out a couple of books on the topic and they just put me to sleep! LOL Ok, so I really only enjoy reading fiction!! ;o) But anyway, I am trying to do something about it when my brain gets whacky and it seems to be helping. This I actually overcame an agorophobic moment and made myself go to work! YAY ME!

Ok, now I am just blabbering on and not making a ton of sense. I feel in a good place at the moment... my hormones must be calm for a few minutes! LMAO

I swear I was coming here to ask you what happened! LOL! I'm glad things went ok. When I first read your meditate and fall asleep, I thought you meant you fall asleep while trying to meditate. LOL! I took a yoga class that did some meditating and humming with music...it was hard to actually calm your mind and not think...

I love you Jenny!
